In season one Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) is trying to form the group, The Boys. Butcher lives in rage not knowing who is behind his wife’s Becca Butcher (Shantel VanSanten) disappearance. He lives determined to find out who is behind it. A new Supe, Starlight (Erin Moriarty) joins the Seven. Her image of the Supes shatters as she uncovers their real persona. In the middle of her disappointment, she meets one of The Boys, Hughie. They open her eyes to far more truth and helps them by exposing Compound-V. Not everything goes as expected at the end of the first season. The Boys are on the run by the law and the Supes. However, Butcher does see his wife!

In season two The Boys return trying to regroup themselves to continue fighting back against Vought. Butcher is on the mission to save his wife. The Seven gets a new Supe, Stormfront (Aya Cash). Stormfront comes in with her own plan leading to a clash among her peers. She becomes center stage as she seeks to manipulate the nation with paranoia. How will the other Supes feel about this?

I had the great opportunity to speak with Laz Alonso and Karl Urban via Zoom about The Boys. We discussed the ending of season one and how season two is going bigger. Urban said season two is like season one, but on Compound-V.  I couldn’t agree more!
