In a viral message to fans of the DC film franchise, the fictional entity LexCorp has taken to its official Instagram account to tease that something major is coming in 2017. That year is going to be a big one for WB/DC, as two of its major tentpoles come out within a few months of each other- WONDER WOMAN on June 23 and JUSTICE LEAGUE- PART ONE on November 17. LexCorp honcho Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) was just introduced to the world via BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE.

Let the speculation begin!

Eisenberg has revealed that he’s currently unsure if his Luthor is going to appear in JUSTICE LEAGUE- PART ONE, but it sounds like the villain’s company is going to factor into the story in some way. Might they roll out some version of the Kryptonian technology that Lex gained access to in BATMAN V SUPERMAN? Maybe use the A.I. on the Kryptonian ship, that Luthor had no trouble manipulating, to release its own sentient operating system for computers and smartphones? Or armor meant to protect you from those pesky Kryptonian invaders?

We’ll have to and see!
