Liam Neeson Set To Play Snow Plow Driver Out For Revenge In Hard Powder, AKA Best Movie Ever

After acting in a few Taken films and countless other action movies, actor Liam Neeson has long since been in the place where he’s able to take on plenty of films that seem to poke fun at themselves. If you’ve been one of those who thinks otherwise, then allow me to point you to an upcoming movie called Hard Powder.

Deadline is reporting that Neeson is set to play another wronged protagonist in the film, which will hit theaters this coming February. In the film, Neeson plays a snowplow operator — but get this…he’s a snowplow operator who is out for revenge. Here’s the plot, per Deadline:

“[Nels Coxman]’s (Neeson) quiet life with his wife (Laura Dern) abruptly spins out of control when their son is unjustly murdered by a local drug cartel. Taking the law into his own hands with only the tools of an outdoorsman and snowplow driver, Nels sets out to find those responsible but inadvertently ignites a gang war that threatens to engulf the town- unless he ends it first.”

Sounds like a grade-A premise, and it’s pretty much a confirmation that Neeson is rolling in that action-thriller money. While I don’t think this is something I’d ever go out to the theaters for, it does sound like a fun night in with some beers.
