Love is a tricky thing, especially coming from a criminal family.

Kristen Stewart stars in this criminal thriller Love Lies Bleeding as she fall in loves with a bodybuilder while keeping the secrets of the family enterprise. The dangers may put their love in jeopardy.

The film also stars Katy O’Brian (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, The Mandalorian), Jena Malone (The Neon Demon, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire), Anna Baryshnikov (Manchester by the Sea, Dickinson), with Dave Franco (Neighbors, Nerve) and Ed Harris (Appaloosa, Pollock).

From director Rose Glass comes an electric new love story. Reclusive gym manager Lou falls hard for Jackie, an ambitious bodybuilder headed through town to Vegas in pursuit of her dream. But their love ignites violence, pulling them deep into the web of Lou’s criminal family.

Once again, this may be another mesmerizing performance by Kristen Stewart and Ed Harris. The trailer pushed the up-and-coming actress Katy O’Brian, who many should remember her as the warrior Jentorra in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and as the officer Elia Kane in The Mandalorian series.

Besides being a crime thriller, the trailer keeps the mystery of what’s actually going on with the film. For fans of director Rose Glass, the directing style may keep you guessing like the horror film Saint Maud.
