It’s time for another Marvel rumor roundup and this week it’s Avengers: Doomsday rumors including Wanda, Franklin Richards and much more besides. As always take all rumors with a pinch of salt until confirmed. However, bear in mind LRM Online only shares the leakers with the best hit rates. Today it’s Alex Perez from TCC who did a Q&A. You can check the link there for the full Q&A but we’re sharing the biggest reveals only. We also have some rumors from Daniel RPK on his Patreon service.
Let’s start with RPK who had this to say about Franklin Richards. RPK says that Richards will make his MCU debut as a 4 year old in The Fantastic Four: First Steps. However, he says the youngster will be aged up for Avengers: Doomsday and that Marvel are currently casting for a 10-13 year old actor.
Now on to Alex P who backed some earlier rumors that Wanda and Doom are allies in Doomsday. He says there will be a Wanda/Doom pairing in the Avengers films. It won’t be marriage however, like Children’s Crusade, but will focus on Wanda’s redemption arc. Perhaps Wanda thinks Doom is doing the right thing initially in the film? Alex also says by the time of Doomsday, Strange will have been gone for 2 years with Clea.

Meanwhile he also claims What If? Season 3 will set up some important events going into Avengers: Doomsday. Additionally that Doomsday and Secret Wars will both have legacy cameos and the plan is a Council of Reed’s with former actors in the role.
Finally, and not related to the Avengers films Alex claims Marvel does have plans to go back to Sonya Falsworth and G’iah. Which seems to make sense given the high profile actors recruited to play those roles in Olivia Coleman and Emilia Clarke. Though, they did butcher that Secret Invasion series so I’m not sure fans want to see G’iah ever again.
What do you think of this latest Marvel rumor roundup? Do these Avengers: Doomsday rumors sound interesting with regards to Wanda, Franklin Richards, Council of Reeds and the rest? Thoughts below.
