According to the latest Marvel Barside Buzz get ready for a Fantastic Four space birth, plus an X-Men movie is still planned after Secret Wars. Let’s begin with Fantastic Four and this rumor comes from CWGST. Now, this rumor seems in opposition to one we posted the other day there from Daniel RPK. However Toast says that Sue will be pregnant with Franklin Richards in the movies start and will give birth to her and Reed’s first child in space. This information was shared on Toast‘s subscriber service.
This is slightly in contrast to what RPK said previously in that both Franklin and younger sister Valeria were both in the movie. There could of course be some time skips in the film which will allow Franklin to age up and be joined by a younger sibling. However, at first glance these claims seem to contradict one another. I guess we will have to see if one, or both were right/wrong?
Secondly today we have some new information from Daniel RPK himself. Production Weekly this week claimed that an X-Men movie would begin filming late 2025. RPK responded to this to clarify that he’s heard the pan is still for the X-Men movie to come out after Avengers: Secret Wars. Check it out.

In other words both Avengers 5 and Secret Wars should begin filming prior to work starting on this X-Men movie. Hopefully this will be the start of the Mutant Saga after Secret Wars ends the Multiverse Saga.

Lastly a small piece of non-rumor news from trade THR. They state in a recent article that Destin Daniel Cretton is now in post-production phase of the Wonder Man.
‘Cretton is currently in postproduction on Wonder Man, a series starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II for Marvel, and is also working on a Shang-Chi sequel.’
If you recall Cretton dropped out of directing Avengers 5. Supposedly because he just had too much on with Wonder Man and Shang-Chi 2.
