Marvel Studios treated fans to an exclusive look at their latest installment, Captain America: Brave New World, during the first-ever Brazil D23 fan event. Star Anthony Mackie, reprising his role as Sam Wilson, aka Captain America, along with co-star Danny Ramirez, who plays Joaquin Torres/Falcon, took the stage to greet an enthusiastic crowd before the trailer debuted.

The new footage gives a glimpse into Sam Wilson’s latest mission. As the newly appointed Captain America, Wilson finds himself meeting with U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, portrayed by Harrison Ford, only to be thrust into a global crisis. Wilson soon realizes that he is up against an ominous plot with potentially world-altering consequences, forcing him to unravel the mystery before it spirals out of control.

Captain America: Brave New World boasts a star-studded cast, including Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Ford. Directed by Julius Onah and produced by Marvel stalwarts Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, the film promises to bring high-stakes action and social relevance to the Captain America legacy.

The film is set to open in theaters on February 14, 2025.
