According to the latest piece of Marvel Barside Buzz, Matt’s love interest in Daredevil: Born Again is Heather Glen and there’s a twist, she’s also the Fisk’s couple therapist. That’s the claim made by regular leaker CWGST, who has a, decent enough hit rate for Marvel scoops.

Sources have confirmed that Margarita Levieva will indeed be portraying Matt Murdock’s new love interest, Heather Glenn, in #DaredevilBornAgain. In this iteration, Heather will be a couple’s therapist while sharing a fancy loft with Matt, but there’s a twist…

Now, this is not the first time I have heard the part of this rumor. That Margarita Levieva was playing Glen and would be a love interest of Matt’s. This is however the first time I’ve heard they are shacked up together and that Glen is also the therapist for the Fisk’s. Vanessa Fisk as we already know was recast from the Netflix show for scheduling reasons and the character is played by Sandrine Holt.
Glen is indeed a comic book character and was a love interest of Matt’s at one point. Glen was also briefly in a relationship with Tony Stark when they were both raging alcoholics and ended up committing suicide. I can’t recall why she did that, but certainly she was in the comics a troubled soul. The comics however are only ever a very rough guide for how things will play out in the MCU. Ergo, none of what I mentioned above may be a part of this version of Heather Glen.

I know I always say, take this with a pinch of salt. That remains true, however when you start hearing the same things from various well connected insiders it becomes a little more tricky. In other words there is so far evidence for this rumor being true, and none against it. That does not a fact make though.
