We are now well into the fourth season of FX’s Mayans M.C. and the stakes keep getting bigger and bigger. It would seem that there is an impending confrontation with the Sons Of Anarchy. A fight that couldn’t come at a worse time as the club is on the verge of self-destruction. Tensions are high in the Mayans’ club and it seems like any small breeze could bring everything to a violent end.
To try and bring back order to the club, the season premiere of Mayans M.C. saw the return of Marcus Alvarez aka El Padrino, played by Emilio Rivera. He has taken back control of Santo Padre from his Bishop, played by Michael Irby. As decisions are made you can see the bigger rift between the two continue to grow. To make matters worse, Alvarez has named EZ Reyes, Vice President of the club. Will this relationship between Alvarez and Bishop survive? Tune in and find out!
With the fourth season of Mayans M.C. underway, LRM Online‘s Emmanuel Gomez spoke with both Emilio Rivera and Michael Irby. It is clear that they have a great friendship off-screen that gives them great chemistry. They speak with me about their relationship and their thoughts on what it’s going to take to save it. Also the importance of showing the people behind the vest. How they may be the bosses at the clubhouse, but at home, the wife and the kids rule supreme. Check out the full interview down below!
