During the AMC Network presentation at New York Comic-Con the new Mayfair Witches series was announced. A series based on the late Anne Rice best-selling trilogy, Lives of the Mayfair Witches. 

The Synopsis 

Based on Anne Rice’s Lives of the Mayfair Witches, Mayfair Witches is an exploration of female power and the mortal implications of our decisions.  Mayfair Witches focuses on an intuitive young neurosurgeon (Alexandra Daddario, “Baywatch”) who discovers that she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. As she grapples with her newfound powers, she must contend with a sinister presence that has haunted her family for generations.

During the presentation they brought out to the panel executive producers Mark Johnson, Showrunner Esta Spalding and Michelle Ashford. In addition to cast members Alexandra Daddario (The White Lotus), Jack Huston (Kill Your Darlings), Tongayi Chirisa (The Jim Gaffigan Show) and Harry Hamlin (Clash of the Titans).
