Teyonah Parris would be up for a Monica Rambeau and Blue Marvel romance, if the character appears in the MCU. Blue Marvel has been one of the characters who fans think could be Monica’s ‘aerospace engineer’ and it’s possible Marvel has cast the role of Blue Marvel already. Could Marvel have cast Adam Brashear already? well that’s the mystery isn’t it?
Parris is not saying either way but she did say a romance with Brashear, like the comics would be pretty cool. The actor recently appeared on E Mans Movie Review. You can catch the video below or in the link. However here is the relevant quote.
“You have her love interest with Blue Marvel. You know, that was around, that was a thing, that was pretty spicy. That would be cute [in the MCU].”
The question remains, is Parris teasing Blue Marvel because he is showing up, or because she knows he’s not showing up? I even read a pretty far out there claim today that Joh Boyega had been cast as Adam Brashear. Though that was from a wild unsubstantiated claim that somehow knew the plot of several upcoming Marvel movies, so don’t pay any heed to that. Someone is coming we don’t currently know in WandaVision, or more than one character. Blue Marvel, aka Adam Brashear is as good a guess as any, so who knows?
