Morbius: Star Jared Leto Shares Photo From Set

Last year was a big year for Sony. Not only did they have the Oscar-winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse hit theaters, but they also released the somewhat controversial Venom film starring Tom Hardy. The movie itself was the general crowd pleaser, especially overseas, but there were still plenty of fans who didn’t think the character deserved to exist outside of the Spider-Man world.

But the movie did gangbusters the box office, Breaking $850 million worldwide and its box office grosses, pretty much justifying Sony’s attempts to break away from Marvel Studios in their own little pocket universe. For better or worse, they were seeing some real financial gains. Now the next movie we have to look forward to is none other than Morbius, The Living Vampire, starring Jared Leto.

The film has been in production for a week, and they decided to share a photo of Leto…kinda…

“1 week down…11 to go…🧛‍♀️🧛‍♀️
Get Ready 💪”

As you can see in the photo, there isn’t a whole lot revealed to us. We don’t see much of his costume, we don’t see any of his face, and we don’t even see any of the set around, as it is all out of focus. But we do see those beautiful big blue eyes as well as a rough logo for the movie.

But yeah, there really isn’t much for us to sink our teeth into (pun intended). What do you think of this new photo? Are you anxious to see how this movie turns out? Let us know your thoughts down below!
