Is Idris Elba in Thor: Love and Thunder? The answer is probably yes. We have known for some time that Elba was in Australia, and for that reason alone fans, including me figured Heimdall was back somehow. However, more recently it became apparent that Elba was filming Three Thousand Years of Longing, a new George Miller film.
So mystery solved right? Nope. You see Elba was recently at an 80’s theme party thrown by Chris Hemsworth. You can find the many images of this party on Instagram. But one of them clearly shows Elba at the party. Australia is currently in a much better situation COVID wise than most Nations. However the rules would still not allow Elba to get within the Thor bubble unless he was working on it. Everyone else at the party was in that Thor bubble. Elba if only working on the George Millar movie would be in that bubble only.

So how does Elba appear if, you know, Heimdall is kinda dead? Well, there is a rumor, not substantiated, but I think has some value around Thor: Love and Thunder. I have heard, and believe rightly or wrongly, that Valhalla will be visited by Thor. Who knows what other characters Thor could meet in Valhalla, but Elba appears to be the best bet for me.
All The World’s a Stage
Second piece of Thor: Love and Thunder news is a new set photo which may indicate why Matt Damon and Sam Neil are once again set to appear. In a new set photo, which you can check out below, it looks like a stage is being built. Fans think this is New Asgard, and that Neil and Damon could once again be playing the Asgardian actors they did in Thor: Ragnarok. Check it out courtesy of Thor: Love and Thunder News.

Now, this is not 100% what this set is being built for. This is a guess, but a pretty educated guess as far as I am concerned.
What do you think, is Idris Elba in Thor: Love and Thunder? Will Damon and Neill be once again acting, this time on New Asgard? As always, leave any thoughts you have below.
