The initial viewership is still being tabulated, but it’s estimated that over 60 million households watched the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson, peaking at 65 million concurrent streams.

It’s also reported that nearly 50 million households globally checked out the live-stream co-main event of Amanda Serrano vs. Katie Taylor 2. That fight may be the most watched professional women’s sporting event in United States history.

These initial viewership figures are based on Netflix overnight data. A final report will be available sometime next week.

Other notable streaming statistics from the event included that Joe Hand Promotions, the leader in premium live sports and entertainment programming for the out-of-home market, distributed the event to over 6,000 bars and restaurants in the United States. It would set a commercial distribution record in the company’s 50-year history.

On the social media side, #PaulTyson was the number one trending topic worldwide on the X platform, with #Serrano trending in second place in the United States, Brazil, Spain, and Canada.

Other milestones included Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson and Amanda Serrano vs. Katie Taylor 2, which had the biggest boxing gate outside of Las Vegas in United States history. The gate surpassed $18 million, doubling Canela Alvarez’s previous Texas gate record of $9 million in boxing and MMA.

The final attendance at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, was 72,300 total attendees to witness the fight.
