Justice League may be set to hit theaters in the next few weeks, but Warner Bros. is already hard at work at 2018’s opus, Aquaman. The film is currently shooting in Australia, and thanks to a new set video from 7 News Gold Coast, we have a good look at some of the dynamic between Aquaman and Mera.

As you can see in the video, both Aquaman (Jason Momoa) and Mera (Amber Heard) are heading back into the water, and from the looks of it, Mera isn’t really doing so voluntarily — either that or he’s just trying to hold her up.

Also of note is the fact that they’re walking through the waves alongside normal beachgoers, who don’t seem to be making any attempts to stay out of frame. I suppose in this current DCEU, Aquaman will likely be something of a public figure, so it’d be no big deal seeing him dive back into his Atlantean abode.

Details about Aquaman are pretty sparse, but it’s speculated to be about the Justice League hero accepting his role as king of Atlantis. James Wan is the director.
