Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel revealed some details from the new Bloodshot film recently when he went on Game4Paul, the livestreaming fundraiser for disaster relief benefiting Diesel and the late Fast and Furious franchise star Paul Walker’s charity Reach Out WorldWide.
Though Bloodshot has been filming for several weeks in South Africa, details have been scant. That’s changed now thanks to Diesel and Game4Paul. Fans can watch the Livestream event which is cosponsored by Xbox, and currently enjoying its fourth year of charity work.
As a bonus, fans can not only check out the event via a livestream but can also obtain some awesome Bloodshot swag and rest assured knowing their hard-earned dollars are going to a great cause. The charity Reach Out WorldWide was created by Paul Walker. The star was returning from a charity event for Reach Out WorldWide the day he died in his Porsche crash on November 30, 2013. Can you believe it’s been five years already?

Items up for purchase include several Bloodshot exclusives. Fans can get their hands on a Bloodshot Salvation #12 Variant, drawn by artist Lewis LaRosa and depicting Vin Diesel as the titular character, Bloodshot. In addition, fans can purchase a customized X-Box One complete with 1TB and wrapped in a graphic and emblazoned with the official Bloodshot movie logo. Created by Kevin VanHook, Don Perlin and Bob Layton, Bloodshot debuted in Valiant Comic’s Eternal Warrior #4 in 1992.

Diesel’s Bloodshot project is being directed by Dave Wilson, and written by Eric Heisserer. In addition to Diesel the project stars The Spy Who Dumped Me’s, Sam Heughan, Iron Man 3’s Guy Pearce, Baby Driver’s Eiza Gonzalez, and Kong: Skull Island’s Toby Kebbell.

“Bloodshot follows Ray Garrison aka Bloodshot, a deceased soldier resurrected by weapons contractor Rising Spirit Technologies through the use of nanotechnology. Suffering from total memory loss but imbued with an array of staggering new abilities, Ray struggles to reconnect with who he was while learning what sort of weapon he has become…aided by a team of fellow augmented combatants codenamed Chainsaw.”
