It’s finally here! HBO Max released the trailer for Friends: The Reunion today. The unscripted reunion special was first announced in February of 2020 and we are finally going to see it on May 27. We will see Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudro, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer all return.

What We Get In The Trailer

In the Friends: The Reunion trailer, we see the original cast reunite not just with others, but the set and supporting cast as well. We start the trailer with a trivia game set up like the episode where it’s guys vs girls for the apartment switch. Then, we see the Friends cast get reacquainted with the set, showing flashbacks of scenes from the show. We get to see the stars answer questions and discuss their lives. Additionally, get to see the stars read lines from the show. There’s also a runway show of their memorable costumes and special guests. There are lots of laughs and lots of tears.

A show many have binge-watched over and over, Friends first aired in 1994 and ran for 10 years. All 6 stars have had successful careers on their own since then, but it’s exciting to see them all together again. Friends: The Reunion was directed by Ben Winston as well as one of the executive producers. The other executive producers are Marta Kauffman, Kevin Bright, and David Crane.
