One Piece is certainly one of the longest-running anime series, with over a thousand episodes and a few films here and there. In its latest film entry, One Piece Film: Red takes the Straw Hats Pirates into a new adventure that pits them against an unheard adversary that uses music against them.
Here is the One Piece Film: Red synopsis:
Uta—the most beloved singer in the world whose voice has been described as “otherworldly”—is renowned for concealing her own identity when performing. Now, for the first time ever, she will reveal herself to the world at a live concert.
With the Navy watching closely, the venue fills with Uta’s fans—including excited pirates and the Straw Hats led by Luffy, who simply came to enjoy her sonorous performance—all eagerly awaiting the voice that the whole world has been waiting for to resound. The story begins with the shocking revelation that she is the enigmatic Shanks’ daughter.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta spoke with a few of the voice actors with, Sonny Strait (Usopp), Ian Sinclair (Brook), and Brina Palencia (Chopper).
Sonny Strait is one of the most recognizable voice actors in the business, including Dragon Ball Z’s Krillin. His other voiceover work included Maes Hughes from Full Metal Alchemist, Koro Sensei from Assassination Classroom, Present Mic in My Hero Academia, and Cartoon Network’s robot host Toonami Tom.
Ian Sinclair is an actor, director, and voice actor in the anime and video game industry for nearly two decades. His more popular roles included Whis in DragonBall Super, Bokuto in Haikyuu!!, Dandy in Space Dandy, Mezo Shoji in My Hero Academia, and the narrator in Kaguya Sama: Love is War.
Brina Palencia is an American voice actress, singer, and ADR director. Also, she voiced Chiaotzu and Puar in Dragon Ball Z Kai, Juvia Lockser in Fairy Tail, and Rei Ayanami in Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone.
One Piece Film: Red is in theaters nationwide on Friday, November 4.
