The Spanish film Awareness heads to Prime Video next month with anticipation of a mysterious villains on the hunt for a teen boy with superpowers.

Directed by Daniel Benmayor (Xtremo, Tracers), Awareness stars Carlos Scholz (Toy Boy, Feria: La luz más oscura), Pedro Alonso (Money Heist, El ministerio del tiempo), Maria Pedraza (Toy Boy, Elite), Óscar Jaenada (Operación Marea Negra, Hernán), and Lela Loren (American Gods, Altered Carbon).

Here is the full synopsis of Awareness:

Ian, a rebellious teenager living on the outskirts of society, can manipulate minds with his ability to generate visual illusions. He uses this power to survive running small, indiscreet, scams. When one of his cons goes awry, his abilities publicly spiral out of control and Ian becomes the target of two rival organizations, each seeking to exploit his powers.

The Spanish market has been providing exemplary, exciting action films and series. By the looks of this trailer for Awareness, it looks like an exciting cat-and-mouse chase with very good visual effects.

Awareness screens at the upcoming Sitges Film Festival and then on October 11 on Prime Video for more than 240 countries.
