Pursuit | Brian Skiba Interview [Exclusive]

Pursuit directed by Brian Skiba

Director Brian Skiba has a certain love for action films with gritty scenes. In his upcoming action flick Pursuit, Skiba recruited Emil Hirsch and John Cusack on a cat and mouse chase that ends with a bang.

The film also stars Jake Manley and Elisabeth Ludlow. Skiba directed the film from the script written by him, Andrew Stevens, Dawn Bursteen, and Ben Fiore.

Here is the official synopsis:

John Cusack (Gross Pointe Blank) and Emile Hirsch (Into the Wild) star in this action-thriller about a tough cop’s hunt for an even tougher criminal. Calloway (Hirsch), a ruthless hacker, is desperate to find his wife—who’s been kidnapped by a drug cartel—when he crosses paths with Detective Breslin. But after Calloway escapes police custody, Breslin joins forces with a no-nonsense female cop to reclaim his prisoner. But is Calloway’s crime-boss father (Cusack) somehow involved in this explosive situation?
