This November AMC+ will debut a new dark and witty imaginative serial killer thriller titled Ragdoll. This six-part series will be exclusive to AMC+. Looking around in entertainment it would seem that serial killers and murder mysteries are more popular than ever. Films, television series, and podcasts all revolve around the world of the tragic events that have unfortunately ended the lives of so many. Ragdoll has an interesting and morbid twist. One that we will let you check out on your own down below in the trailer. Check it out!

Ragdoll has a great hook. The idea of authorities or anyone for that matter, finding a body that has parts from many people is horrifying. What will be important in this series is going to be the pacing and how invested we become in the killer. What I like about this series is that it’s going to be contained to six episodes. Which feels like it’s going to be the right length to let a wide audience enjoy it.

Here is the synopsis for Ragdoll
Six people have been murdered, dismembered and sewn into the shape of one grotesque body suspended from the ceiling in a block of London flats – nicknamed the ‘Ragdoll.’ Assigned to the shocking case are newly reinstated DS Nathan Rose (Lloyd-Hughes); his best friend and boss, DI Emily Baxter (Teixeira); and the unit’s new recruit, DC Lake Edmunds (Hale).
The ‘Ragdoll Killer’ taunts the police by sending them a list of his next victims, with Rose’s name among them. And with those victims to protect, our heroes soon come under intense public scrutiny. A gruesomely imaginative serial killer thriller, Ragdoll captures the fascinating but flawed friends struggling with the consequences of institutionalization and trauma.
AMC+’s Ragdoll will premiere exclusively on their streaming service Thursday, November 11th, 2021. With a new epsiode every Thursday.
