As seems to be a running theme for all Marvel Disney+ shows we have a rumored runtime for Hawkeye Episodes 3 and 4 to share today. The social media post below is from Amit Chaudhari who was pretty much always right for anything like this from previous Marvel shows. According to Chaudhri, the runtime of both episodes equals 80 minutes and they confirmed further in this thread that includes credits.

Other than planning how long it will take to watch the episodes, I’m not sure on the whole value this information presents. I mean it was pretty big news in the final season of Game of Thrones for example, or when we get to finales in other shows. Other than that, the length is the length. Kevin Feige has already said these Disney+ shows will all be unique. There is no requirement on streaming to have an episode always last the same amount of time. Which means we can get shorter episodes and longer episodes depending on how the directors decide to cut it all.

OF course that has not stopped some fans from bemoaning these runtimes as too short. Honestly I don’t think anyone really wants Marvel to stretch out the runtime of these shows needlessly. If you think an episode or a full season was too short, feel free to say so. However for me, you can only really asses that on a episode to episode basis or a season as w hole at the end. Still, this kind of news seems very popular amongst fans, so here I am covering the rumors for you.
I’m just not sure why people find this news so riveting mid-season on a show. I guess I’m just less easily hyped by the Marvel juggernaut at this point. Still, thought Hawkeye‘s first two episodes were great. Can’t wait to see what happens next on Wednesday. Even if it is only 34 minutes long.
What do you think of the runtimes for Hawkeye Episodes 3 and 4? Or, like me are you not too bothered by this until you watch it? Sound off below.
