Ryan Reynolds Ask’s Outlets To Stop Sharing Spoiler Images Online For Deadpool 3

Deadpool 3 star Ryan Reynolds has asked outlets to stop sharing spoiler images online for the movie.

Deadpool 3 star Ryan Reynolds has asked outlets to stop sharing spoiler images online for the movie. Oops, kinda already did it Ryan, but still… Reynolds made the post on Instagram after a week where over 30+ images were captured and shared online. The filming for Deadpool 3 is currently taking place on location and the tabloids specifically seen to have high zoom cameras capturing everything.

We covered the first batch of these images earlier this week. However since then there has been more and more shared each day. Frankly we are starting to get into some real spoilers here. However, the main reason I have not been sharing them all is that all we can do legally is share an external link to a tabloid site. I know some folks ignore these rules, but we do not.

That ultimately may be the main reason that no matter what Reynolds says, this isn’t going to stop. More on that after we hear what Mr. Pool had to say on Instagram.

“Surprises are part of the magic of theatrical movies. It’s important for us to shoot the new DEADPOOL film in real, natural environments, using practical effects as opposed to making the movie indoors and digitally. Telephoto lenses continue to spoil surprises and create a difficult situation for everyone.”

“Here’s hoping some of the websites and social channels hold back showing images before they’re ready. The film is built for audience joy — and our highest hope is to preserve as much of that magic as possible for the finished film and the big screen. Part of the reason people post spoilers is because they’re excited. I realize these aren’t real world issues and it’s firmly in the ‘good problems’ bucket.”

“I love making this movie.”

As you can see above we did spoiler tag some of the bigger spoilers from those early images. However you readers know that just doesn’t happen on social media. Now onto where I was going above and that’s cold hard cash. Tabloids don’t pay for these images to give hardcore fans little teases. They pay for them so they can sell them on for a profit. As long as anyone is paying, the practice will not stop and happens in most big movies shot in the open.

What I will say is that for now there is a lot of, look who’s there in these images. However, they give us vey little context for why this is happening, or what any of it truly means. Ergo, far as I can see there are far bigger spoilers for this movie that have been leaked in text format already.

What do you think of his comments then as Ryan Reynolds has asked outlets to stop sharing spoiler images online for Deadpool 3? Thoughts below as always.
