Come on now, who doesn’t love them some Ryan Reynolds? The guy can act, and he’s hilarious. What type of movie will the diverse actor be taking part in this time? Another romantic comedy, but with an action twist in the form of Shotgun Wedding. Romantic action comedy? Interesting, but I feel like it summarizes his previous roles into one movie!
Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect) will direct the film while Ryan Reynolds will produce the film with Todd Lieberman and David Hoberman, who he has worked with on previous films.
The Hollywood Reporter released the recent brief summary of the film:
The film “centers on a couple whose extravagant destination wedding is overrun by criminals. The couple must save both of their families, and along the way are reminded of why they wanted to get married.”

Sounds unique. Reynolds sure is a busy man with Pokemon Detective Pikachu, 6 Underground, and many other pre-production roles currently on tap.
