Samuel L. Jackson recently confirmed that although he is not in Avengers: Doomsday, he will return in Avengers: Secret Wars. Jackson’s character Nick Fury hasn’t ben seen since Secret Invasion. Frankly given most fans agree Secret Invasion is the worst MCU project to date, maybe that’s not a surprise. However, Jackson is of course not to blame for Secret Invasion being awful and fans would be more than happy to see him turn back up. Maybe, just leave the Krulls behind this time, as we don’t want G’iah soloing Doctor Doom, she’s too OP.
Well Jackson is coming back as per the headline and it’s in Avengers: Secret Wars as the actor told The Direct recently.
Asked when we would see Nick Fury again Jackson said,
“Next movie… [The] movie after this one.”
Asked if he knew anything about Secret Wars?
“I have no idea. [Marvel] hasn’t told me anything, other than, ‘You’re not gonna be in this movie. You’ll be in the next.'”

We of course know very little about Secret Wars other than a few rumors. We should probably look to the original comic run for the most inspiration and therefore Fury could be anywhere, in his own zone, or in the ‘life-raft’ team.
We’ve heard rumor that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, Wolverine, Deadpool, Vision and Mister Fantastic are in the squad who remembers their old life, however thy decide to facilitate that in the film. Of course until more details come out, who can say for sure?
Either way, Nick Fury, ka Samuel L. Jackson will be back for Secret Wars. Thoughts below.
