Neve Campbell, who had quite a run in the late 90s with starring roles in Scream, The Craft, and Wild Things, is returning to the small screen. She has signed on to join Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright in the acclaimed series House of Cards, and it won’t just be a bit part either. She’ll be a regular in the show’s fourth season.
While it’s unknown exactly what her role will be, there’s been speculation for some time that this season will introduce a new, young power-hungry couple that would rival Spacey and Wright’s Frank and Claire Underwood. If that’s the case, it’s very possible that Campbell will be half of that couple.
This is going to mark Campbell’s highest-profile return to TV since she starred in Fox’s Party of Five from 1994 thru 2000. The fourth season of House of Cards will stream to TVs everywhere via Netflix next year.
