As one of the funniest practical jokers on television, the four friends known as The Tenderloins will treat fans of their long-time running television show IMPRACTICAL JOKERS to special events during the week of San Diego Comic-Con International later this month.
One of the biggest highlights will be the HALL OF IMPRACTICAL JOKERS, which will allow fans to get up close and personal with the show’s most iconic artifacts and memorabilia from the show. These items will be on display at Dick’s Last Resort restaurant near the San Diego Convention Center from Thursday, July through Saturday, July 23 from noon to 10 p.m.
There will be other activities as well, including custom games like “Pin the Tail on the Ferret with Blackout Glasses†and “Pinball Punishment.†Themed food and drinks will also be serve. There will also be prize giveaways.
And on Saturday, July 23, from 3 to 8:30 p.m. at The Park at Petco Park, thousands of fans will be invited from a New York-style block party/street fair. Some of the fun activities from their original show will include Pseudo Sumo, sumo wrestling (Season 4, Episode 11), Rodeo Clown, riding a mechanical bull (Season 3, Episode 9), Field of Screams, navigating a corn maze with Benjamin the Cat (Season 3, Episode 3) and High Wire Hijinks, walking a 20-foot tightrope (100th Episode Live Special).
Music will be provided by DJ Sid Vicious and an autograph signing at the block party with Sal, Joe, Murr and Q will be from 4 to 5 p.m.
The event will be free and also open to non-SDCC attendees.
IMPRACTICAL JOKERS will return for its fifth season on truTV on Thursday, July 14 at 10 p.m. ET/PT with its hour-long special episode called IMPRACTICAL JOKERS: BRITISH INVASION.
