Sean Gunn Describes Deleted Kraglin Scene From Avengers: Endgame

Avengers: Endgame is the biggest movie of all time, so the decisions made for the film were pretty spot on. However, there will always be scenes and shots that didn’t quite make it into the final movie. One such scene involved Sean Gunn (Rocket) playing his other Guardians role of Kraglin in that final battle scene, and it does sound pretty cool.

Gunn recently spoke with ComicBook.com and he describes the now deleted scene in detail, check it out.

“Well, all I can really tell you about that is what we shot, which is that Kraglin came through and participated in the final battle,” Gunn explains. “You know, he did have the fin on his head and the Yaka Arrow was sheathed, and he was in the spaceship as part of the air battle, so that’s really all I can say. I mean, I feel like that’s in there now. I don’t think I’m saying anything wrong and that anything else is up to you to theorize what’s going on.”

Well if we are going to theorize, then we’d have to think about what Kraglin with the fin and the arrow could mean for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3? One would expect Kraglin to show up and the natural arc for that character is to take Yondu’s place as a captain of his own Ravagers crew, but what his role in the movie will be is of course unknown. In fact, all we really know is that this movie supposedly deals with Rocket’s origin and may involve The High Evolutionary, along with a search for Gamora if we go by the end of Avengers: Endgame.
