Avengers: Endgame’s Winter Soldier actor Sebastian Stan recently chimed in about his character’s future. Being that he has a new series Falcon and Winter Solider, which will premiere on the Disney + streaming service, there’s bound to be details coming out into the public. The Winter Soldier’s Stan Sebastian has given fans an idea of what we can expect from Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
While speaking at a comic book and TV convention in Italy, Stan commented, “I think it’s time for Bucky to go out there and have an identity outside of the circumstances that we’ve met him through. He might do all kinds of things. He might even go on a date.”
“[It’s a] scary world out there, you know?” Stan continued. “Apps, things like that. I don’t know what he’s gonna do. I can’t see him on an iPhone…I think it’s gonna be a lot of dealing with Anthony’s character and Anthony himself which is always another character. We’re going to start [filming] in October.”

This should be exciting. We already got a glimpse at the sort of buddy cop comedy possible when Falcon’s Anthony Mackie and Winter Soldier’s Sebastian Stan are onscreen. Comedic fireworks are bound to be present. Remember in Captain America: Civil War when the Winter Soldier are bickering over the position of the car seat?
I’m all in for seeing this duo battle villains and manage daily life. I don’t know about you, but I’ve got all sorts of questions that I am looking forward to Falcon and the Winter Solider hinting at if not downright explaining. For instance, does the Winter Soldier have a preferred arm to use when he visits the men’s room?
