The Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival 2023 returns to Hollywood this coming week with a featured lineup of films, shorts, episodic series, and special screenings.
In its 22nd year, the festival opens the event with the anticipated Eva Longoria feature film directorial debut with Flamin’ Hot and closes out the week with Julio Torres’ Problemista.
Also, the film festival features some big studio special screeners that include the anticipated animated sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Prime Video series With Love, Amazon Freevee’s Primo, and the Hip Hop x Siempre documentary.
With dozens of featured programming, the festival highlights the diversity of Latinos in the communities through their stories.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta spoke with the festival’s executive director Sergio Monserrate before the event’s opening this Wednesday, May 31st. The festival runs through Sunday, June 4th.
Monserrate discussed the feature programming lineup and the workshops for future filmmakers.
