Jennifer Lopez somehow ends up on every romcom people love to watch. With Shotgun Wedding, this comedy-action film turns her romantic ideals into a fight for survival as a group of military pirates crash their wedding and take the resort hostage.

The film also stars Josh Duhamel (Transformers, Safe Haven), Jennifer Coolidge (American Pie, A Mighty Wind), Sônia Braga (Kiss of the Spider Woman, Moon Over Parador), Cheech Marin (Born in East L.A., Tin Cup), Selena Tan (Crazy Rich Asians), D’Arcy Carden (The Good Place), Callie Hernandez (Under the Silver Lake), Desmin Borges (You’re the Worst), Steve Coulter (She-Hulk: Attorney at Law), Alberto Isaac (American Crime Story), and Lenny Kravitz (The Hunger Games).

Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect) directed the film from the screenplay written by Mark Hammer (Two Night Stand).

In Shotgun Wedding, Darcy (Jennifer Lopez) and Tom (Josh Duhamel) gather their lovable but very opinionated families for the ultimate destination wedding, just as the couple begins to get cold feet. And if that wasn’t enough of a threat to the celebration, suddenly everyone’s lives are in danger when the entire party is taken hostage. “Til Death Do Us Part” takes on a whole new meaning in this hilarious, adrenaline-fueled adventure as Darcy and Tom must save their loved ones—if they don’t kill each other first.
