SYFY’s Reginald the Vampire | Em Haine, Aren Buchholz and Marguerite Hanna Roundtable Interview

Em Haine in Reginald the Vampire

In every vampire story, there are vampires and their human prey. In the case of Reginald the Vampire, our hero Reginald is the prey of other vampires, and he’ll need all the help from his human friends, played by Em Haine, Aren Buchholz, and Marguerite Hanna.

In this novel-to-screen adaptation of Johnny B. Truant’s Fat Vampire book series, the SYFY series follows an unexpected young man turned vampire and is immediately shunned by his community for being different.

Here is the official synopsis:

Imagine a world populated by beautiful, fit, and vain vampires. Reginald Andres tumbles headlong into it as an unlikely hero who will have to navigate every kind of obstacle—the girl he loves but can’t be with, a bully manager at work, and the vampire chieftain who wants him dead. Fortunately, Reginald discovers he has a few unrecognized powers of his own. A new show with a lot of heart and just enough blood, Reginald the Vampire proves the undead life is just as complicated as life itself.

The series stars Jacob Batalon (Spider-Man franchise), Mandela Van Peebles (Mayor of Kingstown, Wu-Tang: An American Saga), and Savannah Basley (SurrealEstate, Wynonna Earp).
