Space Force | Season 2 Trailer Finds The Team Threatened To Be Replaced

A few months into the pandemic we found ourselves consuming more streaming content than ever before. During that time, Netflix gave us the workplace comedy, Space Force. What made it special was its mockery of the real-life space force that has been put together by then President, Donald Trump. Who better to be the face of that series than the beloved Steve Carell. Who to this day is featured over and over again on viewer’s televisions sets as they re-watch The Office. Yesterday, Netflix dropped the trailer for the second season of Space Force. You can check it out down below!

As we can see by the trailer above, Carell’s General Mark R. Naird is under fire. His position as the Chief of Space Operations is now threatened as his higher-ups want results. Despite this, it looks like this doesn’t stop the rest of his crew from their usual shenanigans. No doubt that his second season will include some good laughs.

Along with Carell, the cast welcomed back John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Tawny Newsome, Diana Silvers, Jimmy O. Yang, and Don Lake. The Co-showrunners for the series are Greg Daniels and Norm Hiscock. They also serve as executive producers along Carell, Howard Klein, Brent Forrester, and Ken Kwapis.

Under a new administration, General Naird and his dysfunctional but endearing crew have four months to prove that Space Force is worth keeping around.

My favorite character in this series has been Malkovich’s Dr. Adrian Mallory, who plays the Space Force chief scientist. I look forward to seeing his antics again this season. We saw one of them in the trailer with the quick scare he gave his co-workers.
The seven-episode second season of Space Force will be available to stream on Netflix on February 18th, 2022
