Spawn #350 Heralds A New Era For The Record Breaking Title And It’s Companion Series

As the longest running independent comic of all-time Spawn sets a new record with every new issue. The upcoming milestone 350th issue will be even more momentous as a long time plot thread will be addressed. A new ruler will sit upon the throne of hell which has been unoccupied since way back in issue #100. 

Spawn, created by legendary comic creator Todd McFarlane when Image comics launched in 1992, has experience a resurgence in popularity in recent years with the milestone issues #300 and #301, which matched and then broke the record for longest running independent comic series, respectively. With #350 on the horizon and the books set to jump ahead 6 months in the narrative, Todd and his editorial team are touting this as a great entry point for new and returning readers.

Additionally, the Spawn spin off series that launched in the wake of #350 are also moving forward 6 months and will be the same easily accessible entry point for readers who may want jump on and discover what all the buzz is about. 

New creative teams are part of this initiative as well, with Spawn and Gunslinger Spawn artists Brett Booth and Carlo Barberi switching titles. February 2024 marks a pivotal moment in the history of Spawn as the monumental 350th issue introduces an unprecedented shift in the Spawn Universe, initiating a new era for the acclaimed series. A NEW RULER to the Throne of Hell, after a 250-issue vacancy, was finally revealed in the milestone Spawn #350 issue. That trajectory will not only change the main Spawn title, but also its monthly companion series: King Spawn, The Scorched, and Gunslinger. 

Making February a great place for new reader to jump on board.

The repercussions of the significant events unfolding in Spawn #350 will echo throughout the Spawn Universe, that will impact the fate of every character within.
