Same-sex couple faces multiple issues with discriminations and violence in certain neighborhoods. But, what if the new neighbors have something more terrifying and sinister in mind.

In Spiral, this is a psychology film that dissects the themes of ostracization, otherness, and the cycles of societal rejection and hate.

It stars Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman (American Horror Story, Canada’s Drag Race), Ari Cohen (IT: Chapter Two), Jennifer Laporte (Web of Dreams), and Lochlyn Munro (Riverdale). Kurtis David Harder (Summerland, Incontrol) directed the movie from the script written by Colin Minihan (Urban Legend) and John Poliquin (Selfie).

Here’s the synopsis:

Malik and Aaron move to a small town in search of a better environment for them and their 16-year-old daughter. But nothing is as it seems as something sinister lies behind the picturesque homes and welcoming faces of their new neighbors.
