Star Wars: Kevin Feige Has Two MCU Actors Already Vying To Be His Captain

Late this week news broke that Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige is going to be collaborating with his Lucasfilm equivalent Kathleen Kennedy on a Star Wars movie. We know next to nothing about what that might entail, though I do a bit of logical guess work in the related article below.

One of the things we do know is that Feige has an actor from the MCU in mind to make that cross over with him, though who, we don’t yet know? Well, it turns out that there are two famous captains of the MCU who are already throwing their hat into the ring. I predicted yesterday that Chris Evans (no longer in the MCU) might be the perfect choice Feige was talking about, lo and behold Evans responds to a social media question asked by Collider, check it out.

Sounds like Mr. Evans would be up for stepping back into another massive franchise, and I do think he’d be great whatever he decides to do next. However, is it Evans that Feige had in mind? The other strong contender I felt because again, she is no longer in the MCU was Scarlett Johansson, but so far she hasn’t said anything about the upcoming part.

Brie Larson on the other hand, who is currently still playing Captain Marvel for Feige in the MCU, has previously spoken about how she’d love to be in Star Wars and Samuel L. Jackson brought his Mace Windu lightsaber to show her when they were filming Captain Marvel. Now Larson has also taken to social media to declare her interest in this Marvel to Star Wars role, check it out.

Rather predictably and disappointingly, there are already people on Larson’s post being pretty horrible towards her, I just don’t get why some section of the public seem to be so threatened by her and don’t like Captain Marvel. Not something I understand or condone, I mean why shouldn’t she be in Star Wars, because she is a female? So are 50% of the Star Wars Galaxy folks!

Enough of the trolls though, which Captain will transition from the MCU to being in Feige’s Star Wars movie? More importantly which one would you like to see in the Galaxy, far, far away? In the words of Godzilla‘s Dr. Serizawa.
