Star Wars Sizzle Reel From D23 To Be Released On Monday

We’ve been talking about the final film in the Skywalker Saga for a while now. Basically since Episodes VII, VIII, and IX were announced a long time ago. See what I did there? There’s been a few photos, a trailer from April’s Star Wars Celebration, and of course leaks and rumors but overall we don’t know or have a lot to tell us what to expect. Well, get ready for some new footage come Monday.

According to a report from EW the sizzle reel footage from this weekend’s D23 Expo in Anaheim, CA will be hitting on the most hated day of the week. This should make the return to the grindstone more palatable for many.

Will Disney and LucasFilm change anything for that footage though? There were some big reveals shown at D23 including Rey wielding a double-sided red Lightsaber. As for a new official trailer, the official trailer for The Last Jedi hit in October of the films release year, so it’s probably safe to bet on an October release for TRoS as well.
