For months, we’ve been hearing reports about the cast of the upcoming Star Wars Disney+ series The Mandalorian, and along the way, we’ve heard names like Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, and Nick Nolte being thrown into the mix. It’s an ambitious mix of actors, for sure, but how likely was it that any or all of them would actually be involved.

It turns out incredibly high, as every single one of those actors has now been confirmed by Star Wars.com. But, in addition to these cast members, we also have TV vets like Giancarlo Esposito and Emily Swallow jumping into the mix. Here’s what the new report says:

Pedro Pascal (Narcos) has been cast in the title role as a lone Mandalorian gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy. He is joined by Gina Carano (Deadpool), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Carl Weathers (Predator), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man), and Nick Nolte (Affliction).

“We’re having a great time working with this incredibly talented group and excited for everyone to see what we’re up to,” Executive Producer Jon Favreau said in a statement.

The Mandalorian is written and executive produced by Jon Favreau. Dave Filoni will be directing the first episode and will also be executive producing, along with Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson. Also taking up directing in the first season are Deborah Chow (Jessica Jones), Rick Famuyiwa (Dope), Bryce Dallas Howard (Solemates), and Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok).

Sadly, the only rumor not confirmed is whether or not Waititi will also be playing a role in the series. Maybe later?
