QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Do you think MoviePass will be around in its current form this time next year?

In the latest episode of Los Fanboys, Jammer, David, and Tanya discuss all the rumors surrounding Lucasfilm. Are they really putting an end to their spin-off films, or was that just an ill-informed report? We dig into those ins and outs before heading into MoviePass territory. There has been a lot of crazy news surrounding that subscription service, with there being plenty of evidence that the end is near. But is it, really?

We cover the update regarding Disney, Fox, and Comcast, with Disney seemingly having the last laugh. Speaking of which, we touch on their replacing John Lasseter at Pixar and Disney — can these two studios survive without him? Last, we touch on the latest trailer for Creed II.

Warning: About halfway through, you’ll notice some buzzing in the audio. That was a problem on Jammer’s end with him using his phone for Skype while trying to record on my computer. Lesson learned. He will find another way to circumvent his awful internet in the future.
