A couple of pieces of Avengers: Doomsday related Barside Buzz. One, that we will get Steve Rogers vs Peggy Carter and two, that the film is very action focused. Let’s begin with insider John Campea, who has been claiming to know a few details on Doomsday recently.

“I have something I haven’t told you yet. What this person indicated to me was the sheer volume of action is going to eclipse everything else Marvel’s ever done.”

“People are going to lose their minds. This movie starts with its foot through the floor and shoots you like a cannon out of the gate. There’s no slow start—it’s massive action right from the beginning, the scale is insane, and it doesn’t let up.”

I guess we shall see?

One action scene we are rumored to get is a fight between Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter. Now, of course no one thinks this is between man and wife. in Fact insider MTTSH says it will be the good Steve Rogers versus as evil Peggy Carter. I assume possible a Captain Carter variant.

I’ll assume a super solider Peggy variant or it would be a remarkably short fight. One very strong rumor supposedly central to the plot, is that Doom’s family were killed. Doom’s search for the cause of this tragedy leads him to Steve Rogers going back home to Peggy in Endgame. Most of the scoopers seemed aligned on this point and have been for some time.
