SUICIDE SQUAD Actor Jared Leto Releases New Image Of The Joker

We’re only a few days from the release of DC’s SUICIDE SQUAD, and if you were already exhausted by the amount of promotion Warner Bros. was pushing out for this flick, then get ready: it ain’t over yet. The film that most assumed from day one would be but a footnote in the DC Extended Universe has now taken center stage. In short, it has to make up for the bad taste BATMAN v SUPERMAN left in many fans’ mouths.

The marketing for SUICIDE SQUAD has been promising. The trailers were great, the images were fun, and everything we were shown really seemed to show a colorful, crazy, violent adventure with DC’s diverse and memorable rogues gallery at the forefront.

Perhaps the most prominent of these villains is the Joker, who is set to be portrayed by Oscar-winner Jared Leto. As of this writing, there has been no shortage of Joker footage or photos, but Leto has taken to Instagram to give audiences yet another look at the Clown Prince of Crime ahead of the film’s release.

SUICIDE SQUAD hits theaters on August 5, 2016.
