Deadline reports that The Book of Boba Fett premiere bigger than Hawkeye on Disney+. The premier episode of The Book of Boba Fett hit last Wednesday and Episode 2 will be with us tomorrow. According to the trade the first episode was viewed by 13% more households than that of Hawkeye during the same 5 day period from premiere. However that also puts Boba Fett still lagging behind Loki. Disney+ first big Wednesday release was watched by an incredible 32% more households than The Book of Boba Fett.
The trade goes on to tell a similar story across the rest of the World with The Book of Boba Fett edging out our outright destroying the debut of Hawkeye. Was this simply due to Hawkeye being the least popular of the Avengers? Or was it the enduring pull of Boba Fett and Star Wars that pulled fans in? Given the Loki details, my guess is the former, and that’s a shame. I enjoyed Hawkeye a lot more than The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, though not as much as I loved Loki.

So far it seems the general reaction from fans is that The Book of Boba Fett Episode 1 was cool and all, but fans are hoping for better as the show progresses. So far I am engaged. Though I certainly seemed to have a few less issues than some of my Cantina buddies. That’s art for you, they do say it’s subjective?
