Disney+ has been available for over 24 hours now, and millions of fans have likely indulged in the adventures of a seemingly-nameless Mandalorian bounty hunter. But who is this mysterious masked man? Some have gone on to speculate that he may be none other than the fan-favorite Boba Fett, who adorned a total of six-and-a-half minutes in the original trilogy, and while I thought that for a bit while watching the first episode, I think it was made clear early on that it’s another Mandalorian.
But who is this guy? What is his name? What’s his whole deal? Obviously, we’ll have to watch to find out most of the details, but Pedro Pascal recently revealed in an interview what the character’s name is. Have a look at the video below.

As revealed in the interview, the character’s name is Din Jarren (spelling unclear). Of course, this can all be one gigantic mislead, but with so many signs pointing to a wholly different character, I don’t see why they would bother making this Boba Fett in the first place.
