The Tamagotchi Star Wars: R2-D2 Available For Pre-Order

“Make sure you keep your R2-D2 happy. If you neglect him for too long, the Jawas may take him away!” Many franchises have given us some amazing toys and Star Wars has made some of the best. A huge fan favorite of the franchise is R2-D2. You can now get R2-D2 as a little Tamagotchi and he is now available for pre-order. From Bandai America, the Tamagotchi Star Wars: R2-D2 comes in two colors and lots to do.

What We Get With The R2-D2 Tamagotchi (88822)

The R2-D2 tamagotchi is available in classic white and hologram blue. The toy has 19 skills for the little astromech droid to learn and 7 mini-games that he can unlock as his skill level goes up. Also, keep R2-D2 charged and cleaned. Gotta get rid of that carbon scoring. The tamagotchi comes on a chain to attach to your bag or keys.

R2-D2 was once available as a Giga Pet along with Yoda and the Rancor. Star Wars has also given us cool LEGO sets over the years and even Star Wars Samurai. They made a Samurai C3PO, but not R2-D2. How do you make C3PO, but not R2-D2?

The Tamagotchi Star Wars R2-D2 is available to pre-order on Amazon and it will be released on November 11. Additionally, both versions cost $19.99 and includes two LR44 batteries.
