After being shown at conventions this Summer the Thunderbolts* teaser trailer is finally here alongside a new poster. The Marvel movie isn’t out until May 2, 2025, but you may have already seen some potato quality footage of this very teaser. As I’m sure you know, Thunderbolts* will see a group of misfits team up for an unknown mission. The team features Yelena Belova, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, John Walker and Bucky Barnes, all pictured above. Oh, and also Bob played by Lewis Pullman.

Plus we have a new poster…. Though, Marvel might want to edit it, as they’ve managed to give Bob (Lewis Pullman) six fingers. Take a look.

I like what I see for far from Thunderbolts* but of course a trailer does not maketh a movie. I’ll reserve judgement, but I’m almost certainly catching this in theatres. As for what that mysterious asterisk means, the current top rumors are that the team will end the movie being called New Avengers. Take that with a pinch of salt though.

Finally, does this answer the question once and for all of who bought Stark/Avengers Tower? That looks very much like that’s where the team are speaking to Val at the end of this teaser. Is then when she tells them they are the New Avengers? What is she up to?
