It’s definitely the era of reboots, remakes, and nostalgia.  With films such as Halloween coming back after years away and uniting a majority of the original cast, other franchises have followed suit.  With the world of Harry Potter being so everlasting, it was only a matter of time before fans questioned (which has actually been happening since Deathly Hallows — Part 2) if the original cast would reunite to usher in a new era at Hogwarts.

While all of us fans would love for this to come to life, it does not seem likely according to the interview with Draco Malfoy himself, Tom Felton.  He feels that the story that needed to be told has come and gone and that the world of Harry Potter will continue to live on, but more than likely in a different direction.

The remainder of the video is worth watching as well because Felton talks about what it was like working with the amazing Alan Rickman.

Well, Draco was always a liar so maybe Felton is harnessing his inner Malfoy and trying to lead us astray!  Doubtful, but I would love to see the cast reunited in a Star Wars, passing the torch, way.  What are your thoughts?  Would you want to see the original cast brought back, or do you think the series is too good to mess with?  Leave your thoughts in the usual spot, and thanks for reading!
