Trailer: Robert Patrick Has An Itch To Scratch In Tone-Deaf, Home Release Next Month!

If you’ve lived a good, fulfilling life, one wouldn’t think that the next best thing for you to do is to go around killing people. Sadly, that’s exactly the itch Harvey, played by Robert Patrick, has to scratch at this later point in his life. So why not just go on a terrible, murderous rampage? That’s exactly what he does in the new genre-bending flick Tone-Deaf.

In addition to taking over a mansion, he proceeds to rent it out and plan his weekend of carnage when he rents out the house to a woman named Olive, played by Silicon Valley’s Amanda Crew, who is escaping the city following a change in her employment status.

Below is the official synopsis for Tone-Deaf:

“After being dumped by both her boss and her boyfriend, Olive (Amanda Crew) flees the city for the weekend and rents an ornate country house from an old-fashioned widower named Harvey (Robert Patrick). She’s hoping for a few days of peace. What she gets is a weekend of sheer terror, as Olive awakens Harvey’s darkest urges—and is plunged into a blood-soaked fight for her life.”

Tone-Deaf seems to strike that nice balance between comedy, entertainment, and all-around brutality. It’s currently available On Demand and will be available on Blu-Ray, DV, and Digital on October 22!
