School bus drivers tend to make the wrong turns that’ll send the passenger to their deaths, doom, and destruction. In Unhuman, a busload of misfits accidentally arrived to a zombie apocalypse as they must somehow unite for their own survival.
The cast includes Brianne Tju (Prime Video’s I Know What You Did Last Summer), Benjamin Wadsworth (Your Honor, Syfy’s Deadly Class), Uriah Shelton (Freaky, The Glades), Ali Gallo (HBO Max’s The Sex Lives of College Girls, The Carpool), and Peter Giles (The Life & Times of Tim, Into the Dark).
Here is the official synopsis:
The dead will have this club for breakfast. Blumhouse Television and EPIX bring you the story of a high school field trip gone bloody awry. Seven misfit students must band together against a growing gang of unhuman savages. The group’s trust in each other is tested to the limit in a brutal, horrifying fight to survive and they must take down the murderous zombie creatures…..before they kill each other first.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta talked with actors Uriah Shelton and Drew Scheid about how this production is different from horror projects in the past, with zombies, and doing their own stunts.
Uriah Shelton started working in commercials and then shifted towards television including Trace, The Ghost Whisperer, Mad TV, Dirty Sex Money, The Suite Life, Monk, and Hallmark’s The Nanny Express. He had the lead role of Henry Matthews in Lifted and Jack in Enter the Warriors Gate. Recently, he played Booker Strode in horror film Freaky.
Drew Scheid started his acting career in Netflix’s Stranger Things. He expanded into many hit films, including The Darkest Minds, Halloween, Halloween Kills, Fear Street: Part Two—1978, and Goosebumps 2: Slappy’s Revenge. He made a few television appearances, including Superstore, The Purge, and Titans. Most recently, he had recurring roles in several television series, including NCIS: New Orleans, Dwight in Shining Armor, and Mare of Easttown.
