The Venom: Let There Be Carnage trailer just hit as rumored today. Check out your first glimpse of this Venom sequel and your first look at Woody Harrelson as Kasady, and Carnage! Along with that we also have a new poster!
The plot of Venom: Let There Be Carnage seems simple, but then what did you expect from a sequel to Venom produced by Sony? Eddie Brock and Venom are doing their thing, which I’m not a fan of at all. Anyway, for some reason some scientist types decide to experiment on Cletus Kasady. Lo and Behold, Cletus becomes Carnage and goes on a rampage which Venom will have to stop.
Yep, that’s pretty much what you should expect to see from this movie in theatres. Sadly, we don’t yet know when that will be as their is no release date on this trailer. All we are told is that Venom: Let There Be Carnage is coming to theatres this year. However, previously we had been told that Venom 2 was due to hit on September 24th, so why no date on the trailer? It’s curious, but I don’t have an answer for you at this time.

Thankfully, the crazy rumor going around about Tom Holland was false. The rumor was that Tom Holland would be shown in this trailer. Though, as I said in my previous article in the related section, there was no source. Just one of those rumors began by fans with no substance was my guess and that’s turned out to be true.
Frankly, I’d rather re-watch Without Remorse as watch Venom: Let There Be Carnage in theatres, and I hated that movie. That’s about all I got to say about Venom: Let There Be Carnage. In another Universe, Hardy and Harrelson would be great casting. However, that other Universe would have Venom owned by Marvel and not Sony, the worst big studio around.
