WandaVision: First Official On Screen Image Shows A Warped Reality

There it is ladies and gentlemen. Straight from Brazil’s CCXP 2019, our first official image of Wanda and Vision on-screen in WandaVision! It is very similar to the concept art below which was revealed a few months ago. The image is black and white, which may mean whenever the show is in sitcom mode it may be in that color scheme throughout. You’ll notice that the image below has both full color and black and white parts to it.

What I find interesting about this whole show is that Wanda wasn’t alive during the era the show’s setting is emulating, nor alive for shows on TV that emulated that era (think Happy Days) so why does she create such a world. Yes, I am assuming it’s Wanda herself that creates the world she is living in. I am also betting her reality warping powers are what will bring mutants into the MCU.

It is entirely possible that mutants will come from an alternate universe instead of one Wanda creates. We know she’ll play a major part in Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness, and maybe that’s where we’ll get our mutants. Am I talking about mutants too much? On that subject, does anyone else find it weird that there has been no mention of plans for the mutants at all since the Disney buyout of Fox was completed? Nothing at SDCC, NYCC, D23, or any other convention! It is maddening as a geek and a journalist… Oh well. There’s always next year. In the meantime, WandaVision is set to hit Disney+ in the spring of 2021.

What do you think of the image? What are your expectations for the show? HOW WILL WE GET MUTANTS?!?!? Let us know in the comments below!
